Account & data deletion

Delete your ManaDhone account

You can permanently delete your ManaDhone account (website and the ManaDhone Android app by Viral Tech Company) and the data linked to it at any time. Self-service deletion removes active account records immediately and cannot be undone. Backups, hosting logs and independently held copies are described below.

In the Android app

  1. Open the ManaDhone app and sign in.
  2. Go to Account > My dashboard and tap Delete account.
  3. Choose a reason, enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

On the website

  1. Sign in and open your dashboard.
  2. Scroll to Delete account, choose a reason, enter your password and type DELETE.

Can't sign in? Email info.manadhone@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email, mobile number and password hash.
  • Profiles and listings you own: businesses, freelancer and influencer profiles, classifieds, offers, jobs, employer/seeker profiles, properties, events and theaters.
  • Your uploads (photos, logos, resumes, media) and submissions: applications, enquiries, event registrations, saved items, notifications, feedback, chat messages, votes and related settings.
  • All app sign-in tokens, so every device is signed out.

Optional device push notifications

Firebase registration is device-level and is not linked to your website account. Successful in-app account deletion also requests removal of the current device's FCM token and Firebase installation identifier. Deleting through this website does not identify that independent registration: use Account > Notification settings in the app or Android notification settings. Requests require connectivity. Firebase states installation-ID removal from live and backup systems occurs within 180 days after its deletion API request. Signing out does not turn off public-update consent.

What is kept

An anonymous total of the deletion reason you choose is kept. Account-linked detailed analytics events are removed during self-service deletion. Anonymous aggregate totals are retained without account identifiers. Hosting logs and backups follow the operator/hosting-provider retention schedule; ask the contact address for the applicable schedule and removal of personal records. Information may be retained longer only for a specific legal obligation, which must be explained when applicable. Independent recipients and search engines may hold their own copies.
